PROFET™+2 Protected High-Side Power Switches

Infineon Technologies PROFET™+ 2 Protected High-Side Power Switches provide state-of-the-art diagnostics and protection features. The PROFET+2 switches are housed in a PG-TSDSO-14 exposed pad package with a pin pitch of 0.65mm and the lowest RDS(ON) of 2x8mΩ. The PROFET+2 family is compatible with the demanding reverse battery requirement on the market. For the first time on a single chip product, the switches feature ReverSave™, which causes the power transistor to switch on in case of reverse polarity.
